Governor Sheriff Oborevwori remains unwavering in his commitment to delivering quality projects across the three senatorial districts of Delta State. Since Wednesday, he has been on an extensive tour, personally inspecting ongoing infrastructure, education, and healthcare projects to ensure they meet the highest standards.
From Delta North to Delta South, and Delta Central, the Governor is driving impactful change. In Warri and Uvwie, he assessed the progress of the three major flyovers at Enerhen Junction, PTI Junction, and DSC Roundabout, designed to ease traffic congestion. He also inspected the flood control measures, ensuring that residents are protected from perennial flooding.
He visited my local government in Ughelli South, where he inspected the Orere Bridge project, a crucial link connecting 15 communities with a 500-meter bridge and over 2 kilometers of road construction. His tour also took him to Isoko, where he was welcomed by a jubilant crowd as he inspected key projects, and to Ohoro-Bomadi, where the long-awaited road project connecting Ijaw communities in Patani, Bomadi, and Burutu LGAs is finally taking shape.
Recognizing the importance of education and healthcare, Governor Oborevwori inspected the Omadino Technical College in Warri South and announced the procurement of CT scans and dialysis machines for hospitals in Warri, Asaba, and Oghara. He remains firm on quality, holding contractors accountable to ensure that every project meets the expectations of Deltans.
