The executive chairman of Ogbia Local Government Area, Hon. Golden Jeremiah joined other dignitaries at Emeyal 2 community, the headquarters of the Emeyal Clan in Ogbia Kingdom for the coronation of His Majesty King Wapaebiama David Amakiri, Obanobhan II of Obhan Emeyal.
The event which had numerous illustrious Ogbia sons and daughters from different works of life was extraordinarily colorful as there were displays by different cultural troops.
Highpoint of the event was the crowning by His Eminence King Dumaro Charles Owaba, Obanobhan III of Ogbia Kingdom and the handing over of the staff of office by the Executive Governor honorable commissioner for Chieftaincy affairs on behalf of the Executive Governor of Bayelsa State, Sen. Douye Diri who was represented by Hon. Thompson Amule, Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy affairs.
The Ogbia Council Boss was accompanied by Hon. Isaac Amakuro the Political Secretary of the council; Hon. Tutugam Obua, His Adviser on Legislative Matters; Hon. Prince Barayekiri, His Chief Protocol Officer, Comr. Azibanigha Festus among others.
