Amb. Chief Olugbenga Femi Ogunlusi is a highly accomplished and respected professional with over 32 years of experience in core sales, marketing, and strategic management. His illustrious career has spanned across various industries, including Pharmaceuticals, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Telecommunications, and Entrepreneurship. Throughout his journey, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and unwavering commitment to achieving outstanding results.
Amb. Ogunlusi’s most notable achievement was his tenure as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Globacom Telecommunications in the Republic of Benin. During his 12-year tenure, he was responsible for delivering both top-line and bottom-line revenue, leveraging his top-notch sales and marketing strategies to propel the company to the number two position in the market within just 24 months, from its initial position as number five.
In March 2021, Amb. Ogunlusi resigned from Globacom to pursue his private business ventures. Today, he is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ben’s & G Farms Ventures Limited and Trust-Dave Investment Ltd. Ben’s & G Farms is a leading manufacturer of Ben’s Gold Rice, a proudly Nigerian rice product, as well as a significant cultivator and manager of 40 hectares of maize farmland. Trust-Dave Investment Ltd is a fully integrated distribution and fintech business services company, with a significant presence in Abuja, Nassarawa State, and the surrounding environment. The combined business of Ben’s Gold Rice and Trust-Dave Investment Ltd boasts an annual turnover exceeding N700 million.

Educationally, Amb. Ogunlusi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Master of Public Policy & Administration (MPPA), a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), and a Higher National Diploma in Microbiology.
Amb. Ogunlusi is a fellow of several prestigious professional institutions, including the African Institute of Professional Managers (FAISM), the Institute of Professional Managers & Administration of Nigeria (FIPMAN), and the Nigeria Institute of Sales & Marketing Management of Nigeria (FISMMN). He is also a member of the Nigeria Institute of Marketing and a Paul Harris Fellow of the Rotary Club.
