The Chairman of the South-West Governors Forum and Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has mourned the passage of the Secretary to the Ondo State Government (SSG), Hon. Tayo Oluwatuyi.

Governor Sanwo-Olu, in a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr. Gboyega Akosile, sympathised with the Ondo State Governor, Hon. Lucky Aiyedatiwa; the Ondo State Government; and the people of the State over the demise of the SSG.

Sanwo-Olu described the late Oluwatuyi, a former Chairman of Akure South Local Government Area and SSG to the late former Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, as a dedicated and hard-working public servant who served his State and the people passionately.

Governor Sanwo-Olu, who commended the deceased’s patriotism and commitment to the service of Ondo State and her people, said the late Oluwatuyi will forever be remembered for his invaluable contributions to the growth and development of the State.

He prayed that God will grant the late Oluwatuyi eternal rest and grant Governor Aiyedatiwa, the Ondo State Government, the deceased’s family, friends, and associates, as well as the entire people of Ondo State, the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
