Socialization is both a psychological and social phenomenon, as such, both the disposition of an individual and the society in which he finds himself, are taken in to account.

Therefore, the agent’s of socialization operate in combination with the stages of personal development and ones responsiveness.

The standard agents are the family, the school, peer groups in the society and the particular configuration of the political system in which the socialization process takes place.

Such factors combine to produce definite Political orientations and specific Political personalities.

THE FAMILY : The family comprises for a purpose, parents, children, and the entire family setting.

Most people call it, the most powerful socializing agent because, it is the first ending object of contact with the self.

The developing man at this stage, inclined to conform to the rules of the family.

As about five to six years of age, any perception of politics, reflects decisiveness.

In families where both parents have identical or similar Political inclinations and interest, children tend more to replicate the family experience and behavior, to be in partnership, openness or apathy.

Of course, the amount of interaction in the family is a determining factor.

This is the type of family, Rt. Honourable Chike Olemgbe, the Speaker of the Imo State House of Assembly is identified with.

Being the Speaker to the twenty seven House Members of the twenty seven local Government Areas in Imo State, there is no gain saying the fact that Rt. Honourable Chike Olemgbes out put in Political Leadership, is a product of qualitative character in display.

A young man from a family with strong Leadership background.

Having originated from the Olemgbe dynasty, in Awuchinumo of Ihitte Uboma Local government Area of Imo State, Rt. Honourable Chike Olemgbe has been able to hold unto power, for the fact that his Leadership instinct, emanated from his family Leadership background.

This no doubt is the reason why I call Rt. Honourable Chike Olemgbe, the Philosopher King of our time.

This my analogy is drawn from the fact that when ever Rt. Honourable Chike Olemgbe Speaks, wisdom flows out from his mouth.

Rt. Honourable Chike Olemgbe, very simple, very prudent, very articulate, very selfless, focused, with people oriented approach in Leadership.

Today, the good relationship that exits within the Members of the Imo State House of Assembly, is so harmonious and encouraging.

On the Executive scene, the recent official delegation of Rt. Honourable Chike Olemgbe by the Governor of Imo State, His Excellency Dr. Hope Uzodinma to Enugu, to officially represent him at the Inoguration of the South East Development Commission.

There is no doubt that Rt. Honourable Chike Olemgbe was able to sustain that confidence established on him by Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodinma, the Governor of Imo State.

The thunderous ovation in response to the Speech of Rt Honourable Chike Olemgbe in that occasion, is a proof of discovered ingenuity and confidence in Leadership.

Indeed, Rt. Honourable Chike Olemgbe, is a bridge builder in Leadership. There is no gain saying the fact that with Rt. Honourable Chike Olemgbes youthfulness and maturity of character, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodinma, the Executive Governor of Imo State has been able to discover in Rt. Honourable Chike Olemgbe, a political Leader to be trusted.

As the days and months draw near,.Rt. Honourable Chike Olemgbe remains a true embodiment of the Hopecomenian Political Ideology of Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodinma, the Executive Governor of Imo State which is centered on infrastructural development and growth.

Let this synergy remain vibrant and consistent.
