PUBLIC DISCLAIMER NOTICE

The attention of the general public, the National Assembly Service Commission (NASC), and the Office of the Clerk to the National Assembly (DCNA), and all Directorates within the National Assembly (NASS) has been drawn to malicious and unfounded representations being circulated by unknown persons falsely claiming to have provided services in connection with an event recently organized by The Parliament Diary, and alleging non-settlement of such purported services.

The Parliament Cable Network Service Limited, publisher/proprietor of The Parliament Diary, hereby categorically states that no individual or entity known as “Despatcher” or any other person claiming association therewith rendered any services whatsoever to the said event, and no payments are owing to any such party.

The general public, particularly officials of the National Assembly, is advised to discountenance and disregard any such false claims, which are intended to discredit the reputation of The Parliament Diary and its principal.

Any person or entity responsible for disseminating these defamatory falsehoods is hereby demanded to immediately cease such conduct, issue a full public retraction of all false statements made, and tender an unreserved written apology to The Parliament Cable Network Service Limited within seven (7) days of the publication of this notice, failing which legal action for defamation, damages, and injunctive relief will be instituted without further notice under the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

This disclaimer shall be published in print and online for wide dissemination.
