The councilor representing Ward 6b Amai in Ukwuani LGA of Delta State, Hon. Gift Nkechi Anazie has commended Governor Ifeanyi Okowa over his fulfilled promises. The youthful legislator in a recent chat with newsmen at Amai said that the People’s Democratic Party in his area would continue to support Gov. Okowa for his giant strides as a God fearing leader and a man of his own words.
Hon. Anazie while enumerating his achievement said that she has ensured that free medical treatment and distribution of food supplement (drugs) to the people of her ward, stressing that she necessitated the invitation of medical doctors from Warri to carry the treatment and also registered ten (10) students for SSCE/NECO examination in 2017/2018 session at Amai Secondary School execution of water protects at Ishikaguma, the empowerment of 2 teachers at Nge Primary School to boost teaching and learning in the school.
Other good deeds made by Hon. Anazie include distribution of food stuff to aged women during the COVID 19 lockdown, provision of books to the entire pupils of Igwete and Nge Primary Schools, provision of uniforms to vigilante members at Amai, Nge and Ishikaguma quarters to ensure their quality security watch. Hon. Anazie further commended Ambassador Dele Omenogor for his fatherly support to PDP in the area and also stated that she would continue to contribute her quota to the development of her ward and Amai kingdom in general.
