Onyeme, Okowa, Nzete, Others Attend Delta North APC Meeting at Agbor – Tinubu, Sheriff Adopted for Second Term

In a strategic show of unity and renewed political direction, key political figures from Delta North converged at Vienna hotel, Boji-Boji Owa, Agbor for a high-level Delta north All Progressive Party (APC) meeting, having in attendance, the Deputy Governor of Delta State, His Excellency Sir Monday Onyeme; immediate past Governor, His Excellency Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa; the Executive Chairman of Ndokwa West, Hon. Chief (Dr.) Goddey Obi Nzete; and other influential party leaders from across the senatorial district.
The gathering, which drew party stalwarts, ward executives, and grassroots mobilizers, served as a platform for consolidation, stock-taking, and reaffirmation of commitment to the ideals of the APC, particularly in light of upcoming electoral seasons.
In what many interpreted as a decisive political stance, the leadership of Delta North publicly adopted President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, for a second term, citing the need for continuity, political stability, and the sustenance of developmental initiatives at both national and state levels.
Speakers at the event, including Sir Onyeme, Senator Okowa, among other dignitaries stressed the importance of party discipline, unity, and grassroots engagement. They enjoined party faithfuls to remain steadfast, loyal, and focused on the collective goals of the party.
While speaking to newsmen, Hon. Nzete, who has become a respected grassroots mobilizer and champion of community-based development in Ndokwa West, reiterated the commitment of local government leadership to align with the APC’s broader vision. He emphasized that the party’s success at all levels hinges on continued synergy between elected officials and the people they serve.
The Agbor meeting is widely seen as a strategic political recalibration ahead of future elections, with the Delta North APC reaffirming its position as a formidable bloc within the state’s political architecture.
