Recently, the company established “NEWS CONSULTS”, a training and consulting division of NEWS.  NEWS CONSULTS is specialized in providing high-quality and comprehensive services in Power and Renewable consultancy, Engineering & ICT Solutions, Project Management, Water and Sanitation Management, Transaction Advisory, Training Services and General Contracting. NEWS CONSULTS has successfully conducted a series of training programs for private and corporate clients.

We support customers transmit and distribute Electrical power effectively to increase industrial productivity in a sustainable way

These programs covered diverse topics, including Artificial Intelligence and Productivity, Project Management, Communication and Proposal Writing, Strategic Leadership for Managers, and more.

NEWS ENGINEERING NIGERIA LIMITED has continued to showcase its dedication to staying at the forefront of industry trends and fostering relationships with industry professionals, and actively contributing to shaping policies and initiatives that will benefit the national economy and advance its own business objectives.

In May this year, as a key player in the Power Sector and a major Developer of the NEP Projects, our Managing Director/CEO, Lady Josephine Nwaeze FNSE, and the Legal Adviser/Executive Assistant of the Company, Barr. Ezekiel Ameh, attended the “High-Level Stakeholders Forum on Nigeria Electrification Program (NEP)” on the 19th of May, 2023.

The event, organized by the Renewable Energy Association of Nigeria (REAN), was themed CELEBRATING THE SUCCESSES OF THE NIGERIA ELECTRIFICATION PROGRAM AND CHATTING THE WAY FORWARD.

The participation in this event demonstrates the company’s commitment to advancing the course of renewable and clean energy in Nigeria as well as the dedication to staying informed and engaged with the renewable energy sector in Nigeria. This event provides valuable insights into the industry’s current state, upcoming opportunities, and policy developments.

NIGERIA-JAPAN BUSINESS FORUM

NEWS ENGINEERING NIGERIA LIMITED was nominated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as part of the Nigerian Delegates at the recently concluded Nigeria-Japan Business Forum.

The event which held in Tokyo, Japan from the 23rd January 2023 to 28th January 2023 had in attendance top business shots of diverse sectors from Nigeria and Japan as well as Ministers, Ambassadors, Heads of various Government Agencies among others. Representing NEWS ENGINEERING NIGERIA LIMITED in the event were five delegates comprising of the Managing Director/CEO Lady Josephine Nwaeze, the Company’s Director of Operation, Emmanuel Nwaeze, a Board Member, Mrs Josephine Emenike, the Legal Adviser and Executive Assistant, Ezekiel Ameh and the Business Development Manager, Mr. Henry Akoji.

We have gained extensive experience in the construction of transmission substations, distribution networks and solar mini-grid projects,

The Managing Director was granted audience at the event and she addressed the delegates on the Company’s overwhelming achievements since inception to date as well as the investment prospects in the company. Her presentation attracted a lot of foreign investors who secured her disposition for a discussion on their possible investments and partnerships. She was also approached by some Nigerian Businesses and funding Agencies. In deed, the Managing Director of the Company and her team spent the major part of their time in Japan on business meetings and investment discussions.

Lady Josephine Nwaeze, a serial entrepreneur has no doubt brought NEWS ENGINEERING NIGERIA LIMITED to the front stage of Renewable Energy sector in the country and in diaspora. The Company is no doubt making waves in the Nigerian and the African business stage and now this brave Leader is pushing her way into foreign business scenes. She had spent the past few years attending foreign business fora and other investment summits held worldwide.

AWLO AWARD OF RECOGNITION

Owing to the consistent record breaking achievements in the Power Sector, African Women in Leadership Organization awarded Lady Josephine Nwaeze, Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of News Engineering Nigeria Limited with a significant award of recognition as a Phenomenal Woman of Worth {Shining a Light for Humanity} at their Phenomenal Women of Worth Award Conference held on the 9th of December, 2021.

At the 2021 Construction and Engineering Digest (CED) Forum Award, the MD/CEO, Lady Josephine Nwaeze ably represented and received the Corporate Service Award of Excellence on behalf of the Company. This recognition was, and still is, a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire team of employees of the company. The award underscored NEWS Engineering’s commitment to providing exceptional service to clients and customers. In this spirit of success, NEWS Engineering is indeed striving to exceed expectations everyday as this award was also a reminder that the company’s efforts have not gone unnoticed.

Monday the 1st of May, 2023  MD, Lady Josephine Nwaeze was designed with a Honorary Fellow of Nigerian Society of Engineers! The first of its kind, making it a truly groundbreaking achievement. The event was epic with the gracious presence of the President, Nigerian Society of Engineers, Engr. Tasiu Sa’ad Gidari Wudil, FNSE, the Past President, the Nigerian Society of Engineers, HR. ENGR. Otis Anyaeji FSNE, FAEng, KtSGG who gave the Conferment Lecture, Esteemed Fellows and members of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and our distinguished clients.

We are a shining example of a Nigerian success story.
