The Governor, who was impressed by the progress of ongoing works, revealed that the state government had acquired additional lands for the project based on recommendations from consultants. In a recent interview, Paul Onwuanibe, CEO of Landmark Group, expressed his company’s commitment to expanding investments beyond Lagos following the controversial demolition of their Lagos facility. Port Harcourt is now set to benefit from Landmark’s visionary expertise in creating premium tourist destinations.
