Confusion hits Asue Ighodalo’s camp

There was confusion today at the ongoing Edo governorship tribunal when Asue Ighodalo and PDP witness PW18 screened, I don’t ‘understand your grammer sir. Please, speak pidgin.’

This was when Onyechi Ikpeazu, SAN counsel to APC cross-examined one Osualejah Righteousness, a PDP witness who apparently was tutored on what to say.

However, when the witness was not asked the same questions as those previously probed by the respondent’s counsel, the witness screened: “Sir, the grammer is too much for me, kindly break it down.”

The tribunal chairman, Justice Wilfred Kpochi, retorted: “Chief Ferdinand Orbih, please speak pidgin English for this witness.” Orbih Obliged him.

Another lie of the PDP and false alarm of over voting was uncovered at the ongoing governorship election Petition Tribunal.

The PDP had alleged over voting in ward 8, unit 4 of Akoko-Edo.
However, when the respondent counsel, Onyechi Ikpeazu tendered the original copy of the unit result sheet, it was discovered that the number of accredited voters was 274 and the number of valid votes was also 274.

He kindly asked the PDP and Asue Ighodalo, “where is the over voting?”

It is obvious that the PDP is just wasting the time of the tribunal and other serious minded Nigerians.

Asue and PDP have no case. They should know that the tribunal cannot and will never base their judgement on unfounded and frivolous allegations.
