Yahaya Agrees To Contest  Gombe North Senatorial Seat

Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, CON, has formally accepted to contest for the Gombe North Senatorial seat on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The Governor was presented with the nomination form during the party’s expanded stakeholders’ meeting, attended by governorship and National Assembly aspirants, members of the State Working Committee, party elders, and other senior figures.

Also present were the Deputy National Financial Secretary of the APC, Hon. Hamma Adama Ali Kumo, and North East zonal officials of the party, among other critical stakeholders.

As the sole aspirant for the position, Governor Inuwa Yahaya was duly affirmed as the party’s candidate and formally handed the nomination form by the Deputy National Financial Secretary alongside the State Chairman of the APC, Hon. Mohammed Dantata Ndus.
