HON. ESEWEZIE, ONLGA CHAIRMAN DECLARES AS HE MEETS SECURITY AGENTS, DEVELOPERS IN IBUSA

In the aftermath of the Security Meeting between the Executive Chairman of Oshimili North Local Government Area, Hon. Chief Innocent Esewezie and Security Agents held in Akwukwu-igbo earlier today, a follow-up meeting was again held with the Divisional Police Officer of Ibusa, CSP Duru Austin and real estate developers in a bid to counter insecurity in the LGA.

The Council Chairman while addressing developers operating in the LGA recalled some of the resolutions reached at the meeting. He told them to strictly comply with the safety measures put in place for the good of the communities they are doing business as the Council was prepared to deploy modern technology to advance security.

The Army O.C. Oshimili North LGA called for a peaceful partnership with the Council for the sake of peace. The security operatives would not tolerate the use of self help during dispute as measures to ensure the dividends of a tight security abound during the yuletide season and after.
