Since inauguration as the Senator representing Bayelsa East Senatorial District, Agadaga have remained a dedicated and active voice at the National Assembly. He has consistently demonstrated his commitment to effective legislation, community empowerment, and infrastructural development across the constituency.

Legislative Contributions.

Shortly after assuming office, he hit the ground running by sponsoring and supporting critical motions and bills aimed at national development and the upliftment of my people.

Ocean Encroachment Motion
He sponsored a motion on the urgent need to address ocean encroachment threatening the Sangana and Odioma communities in Brass Local Government Area.

Railway Expansion Motion
He sponsored a motion calling for the extension of railway lines from Warri (Delta State) to Yenagoa (Bayelsa State), and from Itakpe (Kogi State) to Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory.

South-South Development Commission Bill
He co-sponsored the bill to establish the South-South Development Commission, which has now been passed—marking a significant milestone in regional development and resource management.

Community Outreach and Empowerment Initiatives..

He carried out numerous outreach programs to directly impact the lives of constituents:

August 2023 – Support for IDPs in Nembe LGA
Distributed relief materials and paid rent for displaced youths affected by communal crises.

February 15, 2024 – Constituency Empowerment
Empowered constituents with deep freezers, sewing machines, grinding machines, laptops, and bags of rice.

September 2024 – Agricultural Support
Distributed fertilizers to farmers across the district to boost agricultural productivity.

October 19, 2024 – Fisheries Support
Provided agricultural equipment, including fiber boats, fishing nets, hooks, fish feeds, and fingerlings to fish farmers.

October 29, 2024 – Ocean Surge Relief
Facilitated the delivery of palliatives through the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) for victims of ocean surge in Brass LGA.

January 25, 2025 – Educational Grants
Provided grants to students across the district to support their academic pursuits.

Health Intervention:
He supported the payment of medical bills for constituents in need of urgent healthcare.

Youth Empowerment:
He facilitated the issuance of recommendation letters to deserving sons and daughters of Bayelsa East, and supported the employment of qualified constituents into federal institutions.

To address infrastructural deficits and promote development, he initiated and executed several constituency projects, including:

Solar-Powered Street Lights
Installed in Ologoghe Community, Ogbia LGA, to improve security and support night-time activities.

Women Development Center – Ogbia Main Town
Ongoing construction of a multipurpose hall to serve as a hub for women’s empowerment programs and community events.

Internal Concrete Roads – Ogbia Main Town
Construction of internal roads to provide alternative access for students of the Bayelsa State College of Health Technology. Ongoing.

Ongoing in Opu Nembe (Nembe LGA), to foster unity and civic engagement.

Recognizing the unique needs of riverine communities, I initiated jetty construction at the following locations:

Otuabula 1 Community (Ogbia LGA) – completed

Akakumama Community (Okoroama, Nembe LGA) – completed

Ologoghe Community (Ogbia LGA) – ongoing..
