By Our Reporter The Immediate Past Councillors Forum of Nigeria, Plateau State Chapter, extends a resounding welcome to His Excellency, Barr Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, the Executive Governor of Plateau State, as he joins the All Progressive Congress (APC) family.In a statement delivered to the press in Jos, the Chairman of the Forum, Hon. John Dashe hailed the Governor’s defection as a masterstroke that lays to rest the speculation surrounding his political trajectory. The Chairman commended Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, the National Chairman of the APC, for orchestrating a strategic coup that has solidified the party’s grip on the North Central region, therefore, bringing all the North Central Governors to the APC.The Forum urges Governor Mutfwang to view his defection as a new chapter in his illustrious career, one that demands a renewed focus on addressing the myriad challenges facing the state and paving the way for a triumphant 2027 election.
