NDOKWA NEKU UNION COMMENDS HON. OSAMUTA
The President-General of the apex Ndokwa socio-cultural organization, Ndokwa Neku Union (NNU), Comrade Chief Amechi Asugwuni, has commended the member representing Ndokwa East Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Prince Emeka Osamuta, for his consistent support, active participation, and punctuality in NNU activities.
The commendation was made during the Ndokwa Annual General Conference held today at the Ndokwa House, Kwale. The event was attended by dignitaries from across the state, with the Governor of Delta State, His Excellency (Elder) Sheriff Oborevwori, represented by the Deputy Governor, His Excellency Sir Monday Onyeme.
In his remarks, the President-General praised Hon. Osamuta for his unwavering commitment to the Ndokwa cause and described his involvement in NNU programs as exemplary.
In response, Hon. Osamuta expressed appreciation to the President-General and the executive members of the Union for organizing a well-coordinated and successful conference. He also thanked Ndokwa sons and daughters who set aside their personal engagements to attend the conference.
The lawmaker further charged the NNU leadership to intensify efforts in encouraging political participation among Ndokwa sons and daughters, noting that active political engagement remains one of the most effective ways to address the infrastructural challenges facing the Ndokwa Nation. He also urged the Union to continue improving the quality and attractiveness of the Ndokwa General Conference in order to inspire greater participation from all Ndokwa people, both at home and in the diaspora.
