Kogi 2027: Abdulhamid Formally Declares Intension To Contest For Okene Assembly Seat

Comrade Mohammed Eneji Abdulhamid has formally declared his intention to contest for Okene Seat 1 in the Kogi State House of Assembly.

The declaration was marked by a vibrant display of unity and anticipation, with the attendees expressing hope for a new era of responsive and inclusive representation.

Abdulhamid, a grassroots mobiliser has increasingly gained prominence among constituents, particularly youths, who see his candidacy as a departure from traditional political patterns. Addressing the crowd, the aspirant outlined his vision for the constituency, emphasising the need for transparency in governance, youth empowerment, and urgent interventions in key sectors such as education, healthcare and infrastructure.

He said his ambition was driven by a desire to serve and to amplify the voices of ordinary people in the legislative process.

“I stand here not just as an aspirant, but as one of you, committed to advancing our shared interests and ensuring that governance truly reflects the will of the people,” Abdulhamid stated.
