President of the Nigeria Youth Organisation (NYO), Comrade Okorie C. Okorie, has congratulated Hon. Festus Ifesinachi Odil on his new appointment as commissioner of the National Assembly Service Commission.

He said, with profound humility and utmost respect, “I bring you greetings from the teeming members of the Nigeria Youth Organisation (NYO) across the 36 states of the federation and the FCT, Abuja.”

Okorie said the courtesy/familiarisation visit remains remarkable, as it marked the first official engagement of NYO with the National Assembly Service Commission.

He represents the South East zone on the commission.

The NYO president appreciated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for finding Odil worthy of the appointment.

Okorie said the organisation was founded on the belief that the youth, as a class, has a common destiny and an obligation to society, the nation, and humanity at large.

He said, “We are committed to excellence and patriotism and are poised to build a virile, more united and progressive Nigeria. We are the vanguard for the well-being of the Nigerian youths.

“Our visit is to congratulate you on your meritorious appointment as commissioner of the National Assembly Service Commission, to give your office the support and solidarity as progressive stakeholders in the Nigerian Project,” Okorie said.
