Philanthropist Otiki Gbodo has extended a helping hand to two individuals with disabilities from Ekeremor Local Government Area in Bayelsa State
Miss Faith Tamani from Eleibiri Community and Mr. Godwin, a 300-level computer student from Ekeremor community, are the beneficiaries of Gbodo’s kindness.
Gbodo paid Miss Tamani’s school fees, rented a befitting accommodation for her, and set up a POS business with a capital of ₦652,000.
This generous gesture is expected to empower Tamani financially and improve her overall well-being.
Similarly, Gbodo bought a brand new HP laptop and rented accommodations for Mr. Angiama Godwin. This support will undoubtedly aid Godwin in his academic pursuits and provide him with a comfortable living environment.
The Special Adviser to the Minister of Petroleum and former president of the Ijaw Youth Council, Mr. Oweilaemi Pereotubo expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Gbodo for his sustained efforts in assisting students of Ijaw ethnic nationality across the Niger Delta. Gbodo’s commitment to providing financial support and setting up businesses for people with disabilities is truly commendable.
