At a time when unemployment continues to bite hard and many young graduates roam the streets in search of opportunities, Senator Neda Imasuen has brought relief and renewed hope to many families across Edo South through the facilitation of dozens of federal jobs for constituents.

The lawmaker’s intervention has seen many young graduates secure gainful employment in federal establishments, easing the burden of joblessness and improving livelihoods within the senatorial district.

Residents and supporters have described the development as a clear demonstration of purposeful representation, noting that Senator Imasuen has continued to open doors for youths at a period when employment opportunities remain scarce across the country.

Political stakeholders in the district argue that returning Senator Imasuen to the Senate for another term will further strengthen Edo South’s influence at the National Assembly, especially as he moves closer to becoming a ranking senator.

According to them, ranking status in the Senate would place the lawmaker in a stronger position to attract more federal opportunities, developmental projects, and empowerment programmes to Edo South.

They maintained that re-electing Imasuen would not only guarantee more jobs for young graduates but also ensure greater dividends of democracy for the people of the district.
