Courtesy Visit by Umunoha Youths to Hon. Engr. Akarachi Amadi: A Pledge of Support and Gratitude

Amidst the notable events of today, Tuesday, June 11th, 2025, the newly elected youths of Umunoha Community paid a courtesy visit to the distinguished Member of the House of Representatives for Mbaitoli/Ikeduru Federal Constituency, Hon. Engr. Akarachi Amadi. The visit, marked by camaraderie and purpose, was aimed at familiarizing the new youth leadership with the Honourable member while also expressing their heartfelt appreciation for his developmental strides in the community.

Central to their message of gratitude was the successful installation of solar-powered street lights in Umunoha—a project facilitated through the unwavering efforts of Hon. Engr. Akarachi Amadi. The youth leaders acknowledged the project as a significant step toward improving security and enhancing the overall quality of life in the community. They commended the Honourable member for his responsiveness to grassroots needs and his commitment to inclusive representation.

During the visit, the youth leadership pledged their undiluted support to Engr. Amadi and his administration, affirming their readiness to collaborate in ensuring the continued progress of Umunoha and the entire constituency. They also used the opportunity to humbly appeal for more developmental projects in the area, emphasizing the need for sustainable infrastructure and empowerment programs to uplift the younger generation.

Furthermore, the youths expressed deep appreciation for the Honourable member’s decision to appoint a son of Mbaitoli to serve as the Director of the Constituency Office. They recognized this as a strategic move that demonstrates trust and belief in the local talent and leadership capacity of Mbaitoli indigenes.

Receiving the delegation on behalf of Hon. Akarachi Amadi, the Director of the Constituency Office, Hon. Sir. Chinedu Ugochukwu who conveyed his heartfelt thanks for the visit. He described the gesture as uplifting and reassuring, emphasizing that such engagements reflect the growing unity and political consciousness among the youth. He assured the delegation of a continuous and open-door relationship, promising total collaboration between the office and the youth body for the collective good of the constituency.

The visit ended on a high note, with mutual expressions of hope for a brighter future, strengthened partnerships, and a shared vision for community development under the dynamic leadership of Hon. Engr. Akarachi Amadi.
