ARMED FORCES REMEMBRANCE DAY: JARO EGBO CALLS FOR ENHANCED COLLABORATION TOWARDS ACHIEVING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Jaro Movudu Egbo KSC, has emphasized the need for effective collaboration between the local government council and the Nigeria Legion, Ughelli North Chapter, as he highlighted on the significant and positive impact of effective synergies.‎‎

The Council Chairman delivered this statement during the “Armed Forces Remembrance Day” event held at Cassidy Playground, Ughelli. Olorogun Jaro Egbo expressed his gratitude for the commendable efforts of both active and retired security personnel.”I am deeply honored to stand before you today on this solemn and significant occasion of the Armed Forces Remembrance Day. This day provides us with the opportunity to pause, reflect, and pay tribute to the brave men and women who have sacrificed their lives in defense of our nation, as well as those who continue to bear the scars of service to our beloved country,” Barrister Jaro Egbo remarked.

The performing Council Chairman emphasized that the welfare of these families remains a collective responsibility, and we are committed to fulfilling our part. He also took the opportunity to urge all stakeholders and well-meaning citizens to continue supporting the “Renewed Hope for MORE Agenda” of the Federal and State Governments, led by our leader, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, and His Excellency Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, the Executive Governor of Delta State.Barrister Jaro Egbo further assured his unwavering commitment to initiating and executing programs and projects that will have a direct impact on the lives of Ughelli North residents.
