FG-Endorsed Miss Parliament Nigeria 2026 Unveiled, 37 Queens to Compete Under Theme “Beauty for Service, Crown for Leadership”

Abuja, Nigeria, November 5, 2026, The Board of Miss Parliament International, organizers of the maiden edition of Miss Parliament Nigeria, today announced the official unveiling of Miss Parliament Nigeria 2026, a national beauty and leadership pageant endorsed by the Federal Ministry of Youth Development.

Scheduled to hold on December 12, 2026, in Abuja, the pageant will bring together 37 outstanding young Nigerian women representing the 36 States and the Federal Capital Territory to compete not just for beauty, but for the opportunity to serve as Youth Ambassador for Legislative Advocacy.

Speaking on the theme “Beauty for Service, Crown for Leadership!”, the Founder/President of Miss Parliament International, Chief Precious Enebuse, stated:

“Miss Parliament Nigeria is not another beauty contest. It is a leadership development platform that seeks to groom young Nigerian women for leadership, public service, advocacy and active participation in the legislative process. Beauty for Service means each contestant must execute a community service project on girl-child education and youth inclusion in her state. Crown for Leadership means the winner will be equipped to draft bills, speak on policy, and advocate for youth laws. The crown is not for slay, it is to lead.”

According to the organizers, the 37 finalists will undergo a 5-day Leadership and Parliamentary Bootcamp from December 7 to 11, 2026, facilitated by The Parliament Diary Newspaper and its partners. Training will cover parliamentary procedure, public speaking, legislative drafting, advocacy, and personal branding.

The Grand Finale on December 12, 2026, will host 500 distinguished guests including representatives of the Presidency, the First Lady, the Minister of Youth Development, Senators, House of Representatives Members, Diplomats, CEOs, and Youth Leaders.

The project is endorsed by the Federal Ministry of Youth Development in line with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda on youth and gender inclusion.
